If your bill is not paid by the due date, a 3% late fee will be added to the water charges. A late fee in the amount of 10% will be added to the sewer charges if the bill is not paid within 30 days of the due date.
A delinquent notice may be mailed to you if the amount due on your account has not been paid in full and is at least 30 days past due. To avoid disconnection, you must pay the amount shown by the due date. If you are unable to pay the entire amount, you must contact the Water Department before the due date to avoid disconnection.
The customer agrees to pay 1/10 or $10, whichever is less, of the delinquent bill.
The customer agrees to pay all undisputed future bills for service as they become due.
The customer agrees to pay the remaining delinquent balance, including any and all penalties, on a monthly basis so that the delinquency is satisfied within three months, until delinquent amount is paid in full.
If the customer fails to comply with these terms, water service will be terminated without notice and will not be restored until the entire balance is paid in full along with the applicable reconnect fee.
