between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Monday thru Friday)
Our goal is to improve water quality at the customer’s service taps which existing lines are comprised of lead. A contract was awarded to Calumet City Plumbing to replace approximately 380 lead lines throughout the Superfund Zoned Areas 2 & 3, which project commenced in November 2018.
It is requested that if you own a home or property within the targeted areas, Zones 2 & 3, and have not signed a consent form to replace your lead line and scheduled your appointment to do so ASAP as funding is limited. Again, all work performed is at no charge to the property owner.
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM, YOUR PROPERTY HAS TO HAVE CLEARANCE AND/OR REMEDIATED BY THE EPA
