Note: The following is provided to clarify the Request for Proposal for recreation upgrades at the following parks: Kosciuszko Park, Nunez Park, Sunnyside Park, and Marktown Park. Time is of the essence, and off-the-shelf items may be the most appropriate means to provide for improvements. Athletic surfacing can be specified as an alternate or add-on, but time may be a factor.
1. The most recent Phase I ESA undertaken for Sunnyside Park, dated June 25, 2026, indicated that there are no Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) at Sunnyside Park.
2. Bid playground and fitness equipment and provide information on when delivery, installation, etc. will occur.
3. Bid and provide the information in the bid on when delivery, installation, etc. will occur for all surfacing materials.
All questions and comments were reviewed, and responses were prepared to address all items.
