Effective November 1, 2021, East Chicago Public Works Department will implement the following New Recycling Policies Changes;
NEW POLICY:
ALL Recycling Toters will have to be placed curbside of your Home or Apartment within each District for pickup. The East Chicago Public Works Department will no longer do alley pickups.

Below are the days on which Residents should put out their Recycling Toters for pickup.
Monday’s- 1st and 2nd District
Wednesday’s- 3rd and 4th District
Friday’s- 5th and 6th District
