Amenities

The Marina features two "banquet-style" seating venues with waterfront views that offer competitive pricing.   Both rooms have round tables that seat eight. All food must be already prepared by hiring your own caterer or bringing your own food.  We provide 6 foot long white tables for your buffet and DJ needs.  All rooms are handicap accessible. 

Lake View Room comfortably seats 120 people at 15 round tables with eight chairs each.  It includes a buffet and bar area and a large kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer. 

Lakeview
Can hold 18 tables with 144 seat Maximum capacity, but that is extremely tight. 
This space is on a main level and during warm weather has patio seating at your disposal.             $300 Deposit required. $650 Rental.                    Additional fees for Security and Bar Vendor

South Bay Room comfortably seats seats 80 people at 10 round tables with 8 chairs each. There is a small area to set up a buffet and bar area. It also has a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator.  

South Bay
Can hold 13 tables with104 seats Maximum capacity but it is extremely tight.                                                         This space is upstairs and has an elevator. During warm weather there is balcony seating as well.    $200 Deposit required. $500 Rental.                 Additional fees for Security and Bar Vendor

If you would like to see the venue space we are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.  Staff leaves promptly at 4 pm.
