Amenities

The Marina features two "banquet-style" seating venues both with waterfront views that offer competitive pricing.   Both rooms are rented with round tables that seat eight. We do not provide any table or chair coverings.  There is no cooking allowed on the premises, all food must be already prepared by hiring your own caterer or bringing your own food.  We provide 8 foot long black tables for your buffet, head table and DJ needs.  If you want alcohol to be a part of your event, you are required to use our Bar/Alcohol Provider, you cannot bring your own alcohol.  All rooms are handicap accessible. 

South Bay Room - fairly compact 

Maximum seating is 96 people at 12 round tables with eight chairs each. There is a small area to set up a buffet and bar area. It also has a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator.  

This space is upstairs and has an elevator. During warm weather there is outdoor balcony seating as well.                   $300 Deposit required PLUS $600 Rental.  Additional mandatory fees for Security and our Bar Provider.  

Lake View Room - more spacious

Maximum seating is 120 people at 15 round tables with eight chairs each.  It includes a buffet and bar area and a large kitchenette with a refrigerator.

This space is on a main level and during warm weather has patio seating available to you.                                                               $300 Deposit required PLUS  $700 Rental.  Additional mandatory fees for Security and our Bar Provider.

If you would like to see the venue space we are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.  Staff leaves promptly at 4 pm.
